Maren Tirabassi, a former Portsmouth Poet Laureate, won second place with his poem, "The Tide Remembered," and he will receive a $150 book store gift card, according to RiverRun's website. RiverRun will hold a release party for the new book on April 28 at its Fleet Street store.
