House Party Leads to Three Arrests

Portsmouth Police provided the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, June 13 through Friday, June 14.

Thursday:

  • At 7:24 a.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident on Rochester Street.
  • At 9:08 a.m., police arrested two Portsmouth men on Blue Heron Drive after one was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Raydean White, 44, of 145 Blue Heron Drive was charged with simple assault. Reginald T. Jenkins, 41, of 600 Lafayette Road was wanted on a bench warrant.
  • At 9:44 a.m. police arrested a Stratham woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Mary-Linn C. Maher, 24, of 46 Crestview Terrace was wanted for simple assault.
  • At 10:10 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on Commercial Alley after the caller said someone put grafitti on his building overnight.
  • At 9:53 p.m., police arrested a Kittery, Maine man on drug charges on the Route 1 Bypass northbound and Maplewood Avenue. Matthew Farrand, 22, of Idlewood Lane, Apt. 22, was charged with possession of drugs in a motor vehicle.

  • At 12:53 a.m., police arrested three Portsmouth residents for liquor offenses on Dearborn Street after police received a noise complaint from a loud house party. Kevin J. Murphy, 20, of 214 Leslie Drive and Anthony S. Rosa, 18, of 264 Leslie Drive were both charged with unlawful possession of alcohol and taken into protective custody for alcoholism and Carol Linn Hawkins, 19, of 28 Dearborn St., Apt. B, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
