Police Break Up Raucous UNH Party
Foster's Daily Democrat reports that one person was arrested after police officers from several Seacoast area departments were pelted with beer bottles Saturday night.

Several Seacoast area police departments responded to the University of New Hampshire in Durham to break up a raucous party involving as many as 500 students and other people who threw beer bottles and beer cans at police officers, according to Foster's Daily Democrat.
One person, Jordan M. Mahar, 21, of Wolfeboro was arrested on charges of riot, assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest, according to Foster's. The Durham Police Department initially responded to the scene on Saturday after 4 p.m. at Madbury Court and found that the large crowd of young people was blocking the street. State Police, Newmarket, Lee and the UNH police departments also assisted the Durham Police Department.
