Mahar, 21, of Wolfeboro was arrested</a> on charges of riot, assault on a police officer, and resisting arrest, according to Foster's. The Durham Police Department initially responded to the scene on Saturday after 4 p.m. at Madbury Court and found that the large crowd of young people was blocking the street. State Police, Newmarket, Lee and the UNH police departments also assisted the Durham Police Department.
