Police Charge Hampton Man as Habitual Offender
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Wednesday, Nov. 28 through Friday, Nov. 30.
Wednesday:
- At 3:17 p.m., police reported criminal mischief to two vehicles on State Street.

- At 11:49 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man for motor vehicle offenses on Freedom Circle. David Mackowski, Jr., 50, of 4 Freedom Circle, Apt. 9, in Portsmouth was wanted for a bench warrant.
- At 1:44 p.m., police arrested a Barrington woman for drunken driving on West Road. Ann M. Wilcox, 59, of 22 Ellison Drive in Barrington was charged with driving while intoxicated.
- At 8:07 p.m., police reported a theft of a cell phone on Edmond Avenue.
- At 8:27 p.m., police arrested a Hampton man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Jesse Simons, 25, of 11 Roberts Ave. in Hampton was wanted for theft by unauthorized taking and for being a habitual offender.
Friday:
- At 9:49 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman following a domestic incident on Gosling Road. Ashley Clark, 26, of 16 Weald Road in Portsmouth was charged with reckless conduct; placing another in danger.
- At 10 a.m., police reported the theft of four wheels and tires from a 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche truck on the Route 1 Bypass southbound valued at $3,500.
- At 11:18 a.m., police charged a 16-year-old juvenile with unruly conduct at the Robert J. Lister Academy on Sherburne Road.
