Teen Charged with Holding Underage Drinking Party
Portsmouth Police provided the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, April 25 through Sunday, April 28.
Thursday:
At 1:23 p.m., police reported a burglary on Hanover Street.

Friday:
- At 2:08 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man on Lafayette Road. John S. Forian, 49, of 181 Greenleaf Ave., Apt. B was charged with criminal trespass.
- At 5:58 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old juvenile on Middle Road for criminal threatening (intimidation) and police did an involuntary emergency admission.
- At 8:05 p.m., police reported a skateboarding complaint on Weald Road after the caller said there was a group of skateboarders in the road who were being too loud.
- At 10:18 p.m., police reported a theft on Islington Street after the caller said someone stole their tip jar.

- At 12:48 p.m., police reported a two-car accident on Market Street without injury.
- At 1:58 p.m., police reported a hit and run accident on Middle and State streets.
- At 10:34 p.m., police arrested an Exeter man following a domestic incident on Congress Street and Market Square. John Baier, 24, of 20 Ashbrook Road in Exeter was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief (vandalism).
- Sunday:
- At 2:06 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman and a 17-year-old juvenile on Weald Road after they received reports of a large, underage drinking party. The 17-year-old juvenile was charged with facilitating a drug or underage alcohol house party and default or breach of bail conditions. Jacquelyn Williams, 19, of 87 Morning St. in Portsmouth was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.
