Police Charge Teen with Robbery, Resisting Arrest
Portsmouth Police provided the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Tuesday, March 26 through Thursday, March 28.
Tuesday:
- At 1:39 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she was detained by Rochester Police. Lydia C. Marcucci, 30, of 46 Blue Heron Drive, Apt. 23, in Portsmouth was wanted for wilful concealment.
- At 1:56 p.m., police arrested a Rye man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he was detained by Pembroke Police. Mark Bonin, 53, of 11 Perkins Road in Rye was wanted for three counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.
- At 7:30 p.m., police reported the theft of a wallet from an unlocked car on Heritage Avenue.

- At 9:13 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Woodbury Avenue. Dalton Bayliss, 18, of 48 Maplewood Ave. was wanted for three bench warrants.
- At 1:37 p.m., police reported a stolen bicycle with no suspects on Central Avenue.
- At 3:19 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle versus a bicycle accident on Corporate Drive. The Portsmouth Fire Department treated the bicyclist for minor injuries at the scene before transporting him to Portsmouth Regional Hospital.
- At 3:45 p.m., police reported an unattended death on Congress Street.
- At 5:53 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man for disorderly conduct on Lafayette Road. Adam J. Martin, 39, of 500 Lafayette Road was charged with littering, resisting arrest or detention and disorderly conduct.
- At 6:28 p.m., police reported a skateboarding complaint on Cornwall and Islington streets after the caller said four teenage skateboarders were using people's property for ramps.
- At 11:20 p.m., police arrested a juvenile on Weald Road who was wanted as a fugitive from justice. Police charged the 17-year-old juvenile with robbery, resisting arrest or detention and default or breach of bail conditions.
