A Portsmouth woman was cited for distracted driving on Saturday morning after Portsmouth Police say she crashed her car into a utility pole while checking Facebook on her cell phone, according to the Union Leader. <a href="http://www.unionleader.com/article/20130518/NEWS03/130519239" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">The Union Leader reported that Kelsie Hoyne, 23, was charged</a> with negligent driving following the single car crash that took place on Elwyn Road just after 10 a.m. The newspaper reported that Hoyne was transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital, but a passenger was not injured.
