Police: Jogger Meets Cop Impersonator
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Tuesday, May 21.
Tuesday:
- At 6:37 a.m., police reported a wounded deer in a parking lot on New Hampshire Avenue. New Hampshire Fish and Game Conservation officers were also dispatched to the scene to tend to the animal.
- At 7:26 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on Washington Street after the caller said someone threw a beer bottle through his third story apartment window.
- At 9:07 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Shanna L. Hogan, 34, of 6 Weald Road was wanted for simple assault and default or breach of bail conditions.
- At 1:17 p.m., police reported suspicious activity on Islington Street after a jogger said he was approached by a bald, while male in a silver Mustang who flashed a badge and wanted to know his name.
- At 4:25 p.m., police arrested a Seabrook woman on Lafayette Road on a theft charge. Marlene L. Lanaville, 55, of 21 Folly Hill was charged with wilful concealment.
