Man: Bicyclist Threatened Me Because I Had No Cigarettes
Portsmouth Police provided the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Tuesday, June 25 through Wednesday, June 26.
Tuesday:
- At 10:41 a.m., police responded to a two-car accident with injury on Brewery Lane and Jewell Court.
- At 12:16 p.m., police reported criminal trespassing on Four Tree Island after they found two men and two women who had been camping there for two nights. Police moved them along.
- At 12:35 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Lafayette Road after the caller said a driver ripped off a gasoline nozzle and hose when he drove away and did not remove it from his car.
- At 8:29 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Melbourne Street after the caller said someone drove on his grass.
- At 12:31 a.m., police arrested a North Hampton man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Gosling Road. Jeffrey M. Leblanc, 26, of 3 Salt Marsh Way was wanted for a bench warrant.
- At 2:30 a.m., police reported criminal threatening on Fleet Street after the caller said a man on a bicycle asked him for a cigarette and then threatened him when he didn't have any.
