Police: Homeless People Threaten to 'Beat Up' Workers
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Sunday, April 28 through Monday, April 29.
Sunday:
- At 8:56 a.m., police reported a theft on Freedom Circle after the caller said someone stole her purse and cell phone while she was delivering newspapers.
- At 11:49 a.m., police reported a theft after two men walked into a Woodbury Avenue store and stole a PS3 and a Wii game controller.
- At 6:52 p.m., police reported criminal threatening on Deer Street after the caller said a homeless woman who lives near the railroad tracks threatened to come back to the business after it closed with four other homeless men and "beat them up."
- At 7:47 p.m., police reported a fight on Weald Road where four people were beating up a neighbor.
- At 8:07 p.m., police reported a theft on Lafayette Road of some pills.

- At 10:44 a.m., police reported a theft on Woodbury Avenue after the caller said his ds device was stolen from a drawer in his room.
- At 11:06 a.m., police reported that an iPad 3 was recovered on Peverly Hill Road.
- At 12:39 p.m., police arrested a York, Maine woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she was detained by Exeter Police. Nichole Reams, 35, of 336 Ridge Road, Apt. B in York, Maine, was wanted for theft; all other.
- At 2:07 p.m., police reported fraud on State Street after the caller said someone forged his name for $400.
- At 4:35 p.m., police reported a burglary on Banfield Road after a Realtor said someone had stolen some piping from a house a few weeks ago.
- At 6:30 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman for drunken driving on Rock Street. Carolyn Kelly, 70, of 133 Islington St., Apt. 3, was charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated (second offense).
