Police: Juvenile Drove Pick-Up Truck Through Fence
Portsmouth Police provided the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Sunday, April 5 through Monday, April 6.
Sunday:
- At 12:32 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident on the Portsmouth Rotary Circle and the Route 1 Bypass northbound.
- At 12:49 p.m., police reported suspicious activity on South Street and Richards Avenue after a caller said there was a registered sex offender who was walking up and down Richards Avenue while two small girls were playing in the area.
- At 9:33 p.m., police reported a theft on Osprey Drive after the caller said someone had stolen an important document.
- At 10:58 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle theft on Hanover and Pearl streets.

- At 3:01 a.m., police arrested a juvenile who had driven a pick-up truck through a fence on Lafayette Road.
- At 4:37 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man wanted as a fugitive from justice on Lafayette Road. Warren Picard, 50, address unknown, was wanted for seven bench warrants.
