Police: Juveniles Dismantle Fire Hydrant
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log on Wednesday, May 22, and Thursday, May 23.
Wednesday:
- At 5:30 a.m., police reported criminal threatening on Lafayette Road after the caller said another resident was threatening him and using racial slurs.
- At 12:51 p.m., police reported a theft of $800 in gold coins on White Cedar Boulevard.
- At 12:54 p.m., police reported an animal call in the dog park at South Mill Pond after a dog owner said another dog was being aggressive.
- At 1:39 p.m., police arrested a juvenile for truancy on Sherburne Road.
- At 3:14 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on International Drive and New Hampshire Avenue after a caller said two male juveniles got out of a car and were taking apart a fire hydrant.
- At 3:45 p.m., police arrested a Dover woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Danielle Plouffe, 24, of Olde Madbury Lane in Dover was wanted for identity fraud, theft by deception and forgery.
- At 5:44 p.m., police reported some recovered property on the Route One Bypass northbound and Greenleaf Avenue after the caller said they found a bag of jewelry.

- At 12:36 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on the Route One Bypass northbound. Qvon Williams, 21, of 22 Colonial Drive in Portsmouth was wanted on a bench warrant out of Rochester.
