Lawnmower Dispute Leads to Police Call
Portsmouth Police provided the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Saturday, May 18 to Sunday, May 19.
Saturday:
- At 12:30 a.m., police broke up a fight on Market Street.
- At 11:26 a.m., police reported a burglary on Mariette Drive after the caller said someone stole a dishwasher she stored in her garage.
- At 11:48 a.m., police reported a theft on Fleet Street of a lost or stolen wallet.
- At 1:18 p.m., police arrested a Metheun, Mass., man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Congress and Church streets. James Fournier, 24, of 27 Glen in Metheun was wanted on an arrest warrant.
- At 2:05 p.m., police reported a civil matter/dispute on Miller Avenue after a home owner complained that his next door neighbor cuts his lawn even though he has told the neighbor to not do that. The home owner told police that he tried to stop his neighbor and that his neighbor pushed him to the ground. Police later determined that the home owner had fallen down.
- At 5:50 p.m., police reported liquor offenses on Andrew Jarvis Driver after the caller said he found two homeless men drinking beer on the cross country course.
- At 9:47 a.m., police reported disorderly conduct on Bedford Way after a Seacoast Crimestoppers call reported two intoxicated male subjects on a bicycle who were ripping up signs.

- At 12:51 a.m., police arrested a Wolfeboro man following a domestic incident on Miller Avenue. Gregory D. Thornton, 32, of 3 Anagance Lane in Wolfeboro was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism).
