Loud Sex Leads to Police Call

Portsmouth Police provided the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Friday, June 28 through Sunday, June 30.

Friday:

  • At 12 noon, police reported a credit card fraud complaint on Livermore Street.
  • At 1:38 p.m., police reported a theft of a bag with $1,900 worth of items inside on Grafton Drive.
  • At 3:53 p.m., police reported a rabid racoon on Lang Road that had expired before police arrived.
  • At 5:12 p.m., police reported the theft of a kayak valued at $350 on Cedar Boulevard.
  • At 5:31 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Cristin Roderick, 28, of 42 Harvard St. was wanted for harassment.
Saturday:
  • At 12:59 a.m., police arrested a Winthrop, Mass., man for drunken driving on Hanover Street. Kevin Francis Clucos, 23, of 87 Undine Ave., was charted with two counts of driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.
  • At 1:09 a.m., police arrested a Salem, Mass., man for drunken driving on the Route 1 Bypass northbound. Michael Yurko, 23, of 23 Eden St. was charged with driving while intoxicated.
  • At 1:59 a.m., police reported a burglary on Washington Street.
  • At 2:38 a.m., police reported a fight involving three male subjects on Cabot Street.
  • At 7:11 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman following a domestic dispute on Gosport Road after police say she punched her mother in the head. Brianna Frangos, 19, of 33 Gosport Road was charged with simple assault.
  • At 9:22 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on McDonough Street after a brick wall and a foundation was tagged with graffiti.
  • At 11:02 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on Granite Street after a concession stand was damaged.
  • At 4:19 p.m., police reported more graffiti on a building on Islington Street.
  • At 11:55 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Middle Street and Cabot Street. Phillip J. Poggi, 25, of 42 Cabot St. was wanted for conduct after an accident.
Sunday:
  • At 1:47 a.m., police arrested an Eliot, Maine man for drunken driving on State Street. Matthew Tyler Jenkins, 21, of 352 River Road was charged with driving while intoxicated and transporting alcoholic beverages.
  • At 2:44 a.m., police arrested a Weymouth, Mass., man for drunken driving on Congress Street. Jamie Campbell, 20, of 30 Trafalgar Court was charged with driving while intoxicated.
  • At 2:54 a.m., police reported a noise complaint on Dearborn Street after the caller said his upstairs neighbor was having very loud sex and was keeping him awake. He said it is an ongoing problem.
