Police: Maine Woman Charged with Breaking Market Street Rooftop Windows
Portsmouth Police provided the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Sunday, May 19 to Tuesday, May 21.
Sunday:
- At 10:19 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Winsor Road. Kayla Crystal, 30, of 2 Winsor Road was charged with violation of a protective order; penalty.
- At 11:24 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Kristen M. Donlan, 35, of 9 Weald Road was wanted for simple assault.
- At 11:42 a.m., police reported a theft of a dx plackard on Peirce Island.
- At 2:20 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Shavon Rijos, 33, of 20 Weald Road was wanted for simple assault.
- At 4:35 p.m., police arrested a Kittery, Maine woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Kimberly Guay, 23, of 45 Betty Welch Road in Kittery was wanted for receiving stolen property.
- At 8:27 p.m., police reported a theft of $100 from an employee area on Bow Street.
- At 9:29 p.m., police arrested a Rye woman for drunken driving on the Route 1 Bypass northbound. Sandra Luneau, 44, of 158 Cable Road was charged with driving while intoxicated and aggravated driving while intoxicated.

- At 1:09 a.m., police reported criminal mischief on Penhallow and Daniel streets after the caller said three to four intoxicated males were throwing around construction cones and threw a trash can at a car, damaging the license plate.
- At 9:06 a.m., police reported a theft of prescription eye glasses at the police station.
- At 9:27 a.m., police reported a burglary on Pleasant Street.
- At 10:03 a.m., police arrested a Brookfield, Conn., man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Peter E. Nusser, 43, of 28 Riverbend Road was wanted for issuing bad checks.
- At 10:13 a.m., police reported a two-car accident on Gosling Road and Woodbury Avenue with injury.
- At 10:20 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Robert Nottage, 48, of 21 Brewster St., Apt. 32, was wanted for simple assault.
- At 1:37 p.m., police reported fraud on Market Square after the caller said someone used a credit card to order and ship some merchandise valued at $13,500. After the funds initially went through they later came back unpaid.
- At 4:34 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Kimberly Fillmore, 28, of 4 Weald Road was wanted for simple assault.
- At 7:37 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was involved in a domestic incident on Dennet Street. Christie Hussey, 48, of 80 Osprey Drive was charged with simple assault.
- At 9:30 p.m., police reported a fight on Weald Road that involved 10 to 15 people.
Tuesday:
- At 1:43 a.m., police arrested a Lyman, Maine woman on Market Street who had gain access to the roof of a building and proceeded to kick and smash some rooftop windows. Elicia Simpson, 26, of 194 Walker Road was charged with two counts of criminal mischief (vandalism).
