Police: Man Wanted Woman to Show Her Breasts
The following information was provided by the Portsmouth Police log. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Saturday, Sept. 28.
Saturday:
- At 11:06 a.m., police reported a two-car accident on Summer and Middle streets without injury.
- At 1:13 p.m., police reported a sick raccoon was seen on Cabot and State streets.
- At 1:32 p.m., police reported a two-car accident on Greenleaf Avenue with unknown injury.
- At 6:01 p.m., police reported a disorderly conduct on Chestnut and Porter streets after the female caller said a man offered her money to show her breasts. The caller said she yelled at the man and he left.
- At 7:43 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man following a domestic incident on Wedgewood Road. Adam J. Martin, 40, of 17 Wedgewood Road was charged with simple assault.
- At 8:39 p.m., police returned to the same Wedgewood Road residence where the domestic incident occurred after the victim knocked a neighbor to the ground who ended up hurt and was subsequently transported to Portsmouth Regional Hospital. The victim the barricaded herself inside her home until she agreed to let the Portsmouth Fire Department unlock her door.
- At 10:43 p.m., police arrested a Massachusetts man following a domestic incident on Market Street. Ryan Pontbriand, 29, of 31 Church St. in Gillbertville, Mass., was charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and second degree assault.
- At 11:31 p.m., police reported a fireworks complaint on Burkitt Street.
