Police: Teen Charged with Criminal Threatening
Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Monday, April 7 to Tuesday, April 8.
Monday:
- At 9:33 a.m., police reported a theft on Winsor Road.
- At 12:55 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Woodbury Avenue after the caller said her two car mirrors were vandalized.
- At 5:11 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Middle Street and Aldrich Road. Robert Eugene Provost, 21, of 600 Lafayette Road was arrested on a warrrant.
- At 6:28 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man following a domestic incident on Middle Street. Michael Peterson, 51, of 245 Middle St., Apt. 501, was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief (vandalism).
- At 7:21 p.m., police arrested a Somersworth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Cassandra M. Nickerson, 25, of 55 Salmon Falls Road in Somersworth was charged with unsworn falsification.

- At 2:58 p.m., police reported a theft at Beechstone Apartments after the caller said someone stole a $1,000 Methado watch.
- At 4:23 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Cottage Street and the Route 1 Bypass northbound after the caller said two or three kids were throwing rocks at cars from the bridge.
- At 6:20 p.m., police arrested a 15-year-old juvenile on Middle Road for criminal mischief (vandalism) and criminal threatening after he punched a hole in the wall and threatended staff.
- At 6:33 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. Robert Patrick Chase, 26, of 229 Raleigh Way was wanted for three counts of forgery.
