Police: Teen Charged with Mooning Woman
Portsmouth Police provided the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, May 30 through Friday, May 31.
Thursday:
- At 7:55 a.m., police arrested a South Berwick, Maine man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice and was being held at the York County, Maine, Jail on an unrelated charge. Scott B. Argereow, 45, of 22 Jewitt Ave. was wanted for possession of controlled narcotic drugs.
- At 8:27 a.m., police reported a car versus a bicycle accident on Coolidge Drive and McKinley Road that resulted in the male bicyclist suffering some injuries. Police said the Portsmouth Fire Rescue ambulance transported the bicyclist to Portsmouth Regional Hospital for treatment.
- At 1:56 p.m., police arrested two Somersworth residents on theft charges on Lafayette Road. Kristy-Anna Hall, 19, of 119 Blackwater Road, Apt. 20, was charged with two counts of receiving stolen property and possession of controlled narcotic drugs. Tavar Turner, 30, of 119 Blackwater Road was charged with receiving stolen property.
- At 10:11 p.m., police recovered an iPhone on Daniel Street.

- At 4:57 a.m., police reported a robbery on Woodbury Avenue after the caller said he was on his way to work and saw a male subject on the ground who had been assaulted and pepper sprayed.
- At 7:39 a.m., police reported a suspicious package at the Peirce Island playground that turned out to be a suitcase of women's clothing.
- At 2:09 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Deer Street after the caller reported seeing some graffiti on a building in back of Gary's Beverages.
- At 3:02 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old juvenile who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. He was wanted for possession of controlled narcotic drugs.
- At 4:08 p.m., police investigated a stolen vehicle report after a Portsmouth Ford employee said a female customer took a vehicle out for a test drive and failed to return after several hours. Police later located the vehicle in Newmarket, but did not locate the female in question. The vehicle was also returned to the Spaulding Turnpike dealership.
- At 9:13 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Lafayette Road after the caller said a vehicle that was parked next to his car had the front driver's side window smashed.
- At 10:19 p.m., police arrested a 17-year-old juvenile on Middle Road for lewd - indecent exposure after the caller said he mooned a female staff member and made lewd comments to her.
