Portsmouth Man Indicted for Sexual Assault of a Minor

Julio Gleske faces one count of sexual assault and one count of certain uses of computer services prohibited.

A Portsmouth man was indicted this month on charges that he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old after contacting the teen online.

Julio Gleske, 30, of 126 Penhallow St. was indicted by a Rockingham County Superior Court grand jury on one count of felonious sexual assault and one count of certain uses of computer services prohibited. The indictment alleges that on Aug. 13, 2013, Gleske knowingly used a computer online service to arrange a meeting with the teen for the purpose of having sex.

Gleske was arrested on Sept. 19, 2013 by detectives assigned to the New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children task force after they executed a search warrant at his home.
