Portsmouth Market Square Filled With Hundreds Attending Rally
The peaceful crowd in Market Square, at one point, laid down for 8 minutes and 46 seconds to show how long George Floyd was pinned.
PORTSMOUTH, NH — Hundreds of people came to Portsmouth Sunday and joined together in Market Square for a peaceful rally.
The rally which is the second one in Portsmouth in recent days featured multiple people speaking to the crowd which had gathered.
A wide range of ages gathered, and held signs supporting Black Lives Matter, and signs against racism and police brutality.

A small portion of the crowd carried anti-police signs, with messages to "defund police" and "abolish police"
