Portsmouth election information: polls will be open 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at five voting sites.

PORTSMOUTH, NH -- Portsmouth voters will hit the polls for the midterm election Tuesday to choose candidates for Congress, governor and the state legislature. The polls will be open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Portsmouth's five voting sites. Absentee ballots must be submitted by 5 p.m. Election Day.
