Portsmouth Woman Faces Multiple Drug Charges

Portsmouth Police supplied the following arrest information.

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, April 4 through Saturday, April 6.

Thursday:

  • At 9:14 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Lafayette Road. Kristina Bank, 37, of 600 Lafayette Road was wanted for uttering false/forged prescription.
  • At 5:18 p.m., police reported a skateboarding complaint at Oriental Gardens after the caller said as many as eight juveniles were skateboarding and using people's decks and driveways.
  • At 6:29 p.m., police reported a possible rabid skunk on Central Avenue.
  • At 9:38 p.m., police reported a motor vehicle accident on Marcy Street where the driver crashed into a utility pole and downed some telephone wires before the vehicle headed toward New Castle.

  • At 7:29 a.m., police arrested a Portsmouth woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after she turned herself in at the police station. Veronica Schmidt, 23, of 164 Walton Road in New Castle was wanted for sale of controlled narcotic drugs, driving after revocation or suspension, false report to law enforcement, simple assault and possession of controlled narcotic drugs.
  • At 4:12 p.m., police arrested a Hampton woman who was wanted as a fugitive from justice on Parrott Avenue. Morgan Ann Hickman-Noyes, 24, of 698 Lafayette Road, Hampton was wanted for non-support.
  • At 5:51 p.m., police arrested a Portsmouth man on Columbia Court. Michael James Ryan, 50, of 33 Columbia Court was charged with disorderly conduct.
  • At 7:13 p.m., police reported a cell phone theft on Lafayette Road.
  • At 11:32 p.m., police reported an animal call on International Drive after a motor vehicle struck a deer.

Saturday:

  • At 6:51 a.m., police reported criminal mischief after graffiti was found on the Players Ring theatre building and the column on Marcy Street.
  • At 10:06 a.m., police reported that a child was bitten by a dog on Market Square.
  • At 4:24 p.m., police arrested a Barrington woman for motor vehicle offenses on Weald and Gosling roads. Marybeth Bodge, 41, of 706 Long Shore Drive in Barrington was charged with operating without a valid license, operating with a suspended registration and driving after revocation or suspension.
  • At 7:14 p.m., police arrested a Lebanon, Maine man who was wanted as a fugitive from justice after he turned himself in at the police station. John M. Donnell, 24, of 433 Lower Guinea Road in Lebanon was wanted for conduct after an accident.
