Portsmouth Woman Nabbed for Medicare Fraud
The following individuals were recently arrested by the Rockingham County Sheriff's Department. The information does not indicate a conviction.

Sept. 1
- Michael Philip Imbrescia, Jr., 60, of 101 Stepping Stone Drive in Lee was arrested on a judge's order for operating a motor vehicle after being deemed a habitual offender.
- Brian Barry Harrison, 27, of 247 Pleasant St. in Epping was arrested for receiving stolen property.
- Deanna Dee Smith, 34, of 20 Islington St., Apt. 8 in Portsmouth was arrested on a judge's order for two counts of Medicare fraud.
- Jodi A. Falcione, 39, of 15 King St. in Salem was arrested on a judge's order for sale of heroin.
- Eric Jason Porter, Jr., 25, of 31 Depot Road in Epping was arrested on a judge's order for unauthorized use of rental property, three counts of theft and receiving stolen property.
- Timothy A. Tuttle, 19, of 409 First NH Turnpike in Northwood was arrested on a judge's order for six counts of burglary and two counts of criminal mischief.
- Christopher John Kachanian, 41, of 5 Orcutt Drive in Hamptead was arrested on a judge's order for committing a civil offense of violating a court order.
- Thomas J. McNeil, 40, of 245 Laurel St., Apt. 4, was arrested for a contempt capias of marital non support.
- Ronald Michael Fronduto, Jr., 40, of 64 Kelly Road in Salem was arrested on a judge's order for motor vehicle theft, second degree assault, simple assault and criminal restraint.
- Christine Marie Nadeau, 24, of 6 Kendall St., Apt. 3 in Metheun, Mass., was arrested on a judge's order for theft by unauthorized taking.
- Harley Mears, 42, of 56 Heath St. in Newton was arrested on a bench warrant.
- Craig William Stevens, 29, of 195 Old Centre (North) Road in Deerfield was arrested on a judge's order for official cost contingency legal fees.
- Joseph G. Stanley, 30, of 11 Denmark Drive in Northwood was arrested on a judge's order for violation of a civil court order.
- Patrick Michael Kiley, 26, of 233 Elm St., Apt. 1ST F in Amesbury, Mass., was arrested on a judge's order for official cost contingency legal fees.
