• Andrew William Smith, 26, of 121 Money Road, Manchester, Tenn., failure to appear, plea, operating while habitual, May 19.
• Darrin James Gallagher, 27, of 23 Prospect St., Pepperell, Mass., failure to appear, pretrial, sexual assault charges, May 20.
• David Robert Major, 44, of 140 Pelham Road, Apt. 0, Goffstown, failure to appear, heroin possession, and burglary, May 21.
• Zachary Morrill, 22, of 28 Langs Lane, Newmarket, sentence orig./reckless conduct, May 21.
• Michael John Walker, 46, of 5 Bigs Lane, Seabrook, fraud on creditors, May 22.
• Samuel H. Smith III, 52, of 15 Huntervale Ave., Rye, judge's order to arrest, May 23.
• Carol A. Rawson, 71, of 154 Hall Road, Fremont, driving while intoxicated, transporting alcoholic beverage, May 23.
