Rockingham Sheriff's Arrests: 2 Face Heroin Charges

The Rockingham County Sheriff's Office made the following arrests. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Richard Abrahams Jr., 59, of 2797 Greenhill Road, Chatham, N.H., failure to appear for a possession of heroin charge April 6.
• Allen Patrick Mooneyhan Jr., 22, of 5 Frontage Road, Kingston, deferred sentence/burglary, April 7.
• Jamie John McCarthy, 40, of 289 Lowell St., Manchester, on failure to appear for alleged heroin possession April 8.
• Gregory Thomas Brown Jr., 35, of 71 Walton Road, Seabrook, violation of probation/strangulation charge, April 9.
• Eddie Tyshawn Hemingway, 32, of 11L Belknap St., Dover, for failure to appear for a pretrial conference/operating while habitual, April 10.
• Travis R. Lax, 27, of 92 Harriman Hill Road, Raymond, driving after revocation or suspension and misuse/failure to display plates April 10.
• Nathan Bryan Copeland, 20, of 175 Haley, Kittery, Maine, on warrant for theft April 10.
• Justin Paul Johnson, 31, of 538 Main St. #4, Farmington, on restitution/theft April 10.
• Kenneth Dale Carr, 51, of 9 Main St., Apt. 6, Somersworth, restitution orig/first degree assault April 10.
• Paul Joseph Vennochi Sr., 39, of 13 East Road, Plaistow, for violation of probation "false scrips" April 10.
• Douglas Cary Roffer, 52, of 27 Sergeant St., North Andover, Mass., violation probation orig/receiving stolen property, April 11.
• James Michael Zito, 27, 3 Ninth St., Kingston, failure to appear/robbery, April 11.
