The Rockingham County Sheriff's Department made the following arrests. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

• Michael Philip Whitney, 38, of 5 Park St., Dover, contempt capias/marital non-support April 27.

• Brian Michael Skelton, 35, of 405 Manchester St., Apt. 5, Manchester, contempt capias/non-support April 29.

• Nathan P. Card, 22, of 340 Beauty Hill Road, Barnstead, cost cont/legal fees April 30.

• Angel Marie Newcomb, 27, of 46 Deep Meadow Lane, Exeter, failure to appear for arraignment, theft April 30.

• Dennis Michael Perkins, 40, of 99 North Road, Brentwood, fugitive from justice, Massachusetts, probation on burglary May 1.

• Patrick Smith, 26, of 1008 South St., Portsmouth, judge's order to arrest, violation of probation, passed counterfeit bill May 1.

• John Michael Stachulski, 28, of 20 Temple St., Nashua, judge's order to arrest, violation of probation, simple assault May 1.

• Matthew Edward Tropp, 19, of 20 Mill St., Epping, judge's order to arrest, failure to appear, reckless conduct May 2.
