Seabrook Woman Nabbed for DWI, Drug Possession

The following is an excerpt from the Portsmouth Police log from Thursday, May 2 through Saturday, May 4.

Thursday:

• At 8:37 p.m., police arrested a Hampton Falls man for drunken driving on Lafayette Road and Blue Heron Drive. Larry Regan, 41, of 4 Crank Road in Hampton Falls was charged with driving while intoxicated.

Friday:

• At 12 noon, police picked up a dead turkey on McClintock Street and dropped it off at the Portsmouth Public Works Department on Peverly Hill Road for disposal.
• At 3:38 p.m., police reported a simple assault after the mother submitted a walk in report at the police station that her son had been beaten up by eight other kids on his way home from school.
• At 4:24 p.m., police reported criminal mischief on Woodbury Avenue after the caller said her vehicle had been keyed.
• At 4:50 p.m., police reported an accident of a car versus a human on Hanover and Market streets after the caller said he was struck by a passing car and may have hurt his arm.
• At 6:21 p.m., police reported a theft on Wedgewood Road after the caller said her son dropped his wallet and a male subject picked it up.

Saturday:

• At 12:51 p.m., police reported a theft from a vehicle on Brewery Lane.
• At 7:14 p.m., police reported a theft on Lafayette Road and arrested a Seabrook woman. Carla J. Janvrin, 36, of 15 Folly Hill Terrace in Seabrook was charged with theft (removing merchandise from the premises), possession of controlled narcotic drugs and default or breach of bail conditions.

Sunday:

• At 1:33 a.m., police reported the theft of a purse on Market Street.
