Service Credit Union Sponsors Toys for Tots Stuff a Bus

Portsmouth firm donates $3,000 in unwrapped toys and collects $7,000 in toys at its New Hampshire branches.

Service Credit Union partnered with the United States Marine Corps and WERZ/Clear Channel for the Toys for Tots 10th Annual Stuff-A-Bus event recently at the Fox Run Mall in Newington.

As the title sponsor, Service Credit Union delivered $3,000 worth of unwrapped toys on behalf of the credit union during the three-day event. Plus, the credit union held a Toys for Tots campaign at each of its New Hampshire branches, which collected $7,000 worth of toys.

“We realize that demand is increasing with unemployment high and some parents are unable to provide for their children during the holiday season,” Service Credit Union Vice President of Marketing Karen Benedetti said.  “Service Credit Union is fortunate to have this opportunity to help the communities and the people who live and work in them.”
