The city of Portsmouth will run a new shuttle bus on weekends starting May 2 to make parking easier for visitors, workers and residents. The service – which is free – will run every 10 minutes "on a loop from the 93 car parking lot at the Connect Community Church on Market Street and the Hanover Street bus stop adjacent to the High/Hanover parking garage."
