Spooky Weekend Awaits Those Who Dare to Have Fun

Several pre-Halloween events for families are happening all over the Seacoast.

Looking for something fun to do on the Seacoast this weekend? Here are some ideas:

1. Monster Mash Halloween Dance: Portsmouth High School will host its 70th annual Halloween Costume Monster Mash Family Dance on Friday evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The event is open to children and families of all ages and guests are encouraged to wear Halloween costumes and bring a non-perishable food donation.

2. Haunted House Tour: The North Hampton School 7th grade students are staging a Haunted House Tour to raise money for a class trip to New York City. The tours will be conducted at the school on Saturday from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and on Sunday from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m.

3. "The Odd Couple" at The Rep: Neil Simon's comedy, "The Odd Couple," continues its run at the Seacoast Repertory Theatre.

4. Visit Applecrest Farm Orchards: There are still plenty of pumpkins, apples, great music, cider and loads of New England fall activities at Applecrest Farm Orchards in Hampton Falls all weekend long.

5. Trail of Terror: Just a few miles up the road in Eliot, Maine, the Raitt Farm Homestead Museum will hold a Trail of Terror event this weekend from dusk until 10 p.m.

What else is going on? You tell us! There are plenty of other events, and we
want to know what you're going to do. Tell us in the comments!
