State Police Make Seacoast Alcohol, Drug Arrests
Mass., Maine men face charges of DWI and drug possession after I-95 stops.
New Hampshire State Police Troop A released the following activity and charges from March 21 to March 26. An arrest does not indicate a conviction.
- Alexandra Boucher, 28, of Portsmouth, charged with possession of a controlled drug – Spaulding Turnpike, Newington, on March 21.
- James Stanhope, 41, of Newmarket, charged with driving while intoxicated – Route 101 in Hampton, on March 22.
- Nicholas Brunet, 23, of Manchester, and Melanie Richmond, 23, of Manchester, were taken into protective custody on Rockingham Avenue in Portsmouth on March 23.
- Casey Nelan, 22, of Londonderry, charged with reckless operation and open container on Rockingham Avenue in Portsmouth on March 23.
- Meir Sibhat, 27, of Fort Pierce, Fla., charged with driving while intoxicated – Route 101, Hampton Falls.
- Cooper Russ, 18, of Portsmouth, charged with possession of a controlled drugs, possession of alcohol by a minor – Route 16 in Rochester, on March 23.
- Anthony DaSilva, 23, of Everett, Mass., charged with possession of a controlled drug – Troop A in Epping, on March 25.
- Richard Mancuso, 28, of Farmington, charged with second-degree assault, criminal mischief – Indian Brook Drive, Dover, on March 26.
- William James Brown, 23, of Dedham, Mass., charged with possession of drugs – I-95, Portsmouth, on March 26.
- Jonathan Gale, 25, of Portland, Maine, charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled drugs – I-95, Portsmouth, on March 26.
