Feb. 5 <ul><li>7:49 a.m.: Motor vehicle accident, Grafton Drive.</li><li>10:42 a.m.: A 16-year-old juvenile was charged with criminal threatening and three counts of criminal mischief (vandalism). He was threatening other kids and staff with a fan stand and they told police they did not feel safe.</li><li>12:17 p.m.: A man in the emergency room was giving the staff a hard time. He got angry and yelled at staff.</li><li>1:01 p.m.: Motor vehicle accident, Fleet Street.</li><li>2:10 p.m.: Found dog, Pinehurst Road.</li><li>2:26 p.m.: A caller on Greenside Avenue says her neighbor is dispersing chemicals into her home that are making her dizzy and confused.</li><li>6:49 p.m.: A sidewalk plow backed into the front window of a business on Daniel Street.</li></ul>
