Santa's elves and several of his reindeer water skied across the Piscataqua River on Saturday afternoon with light snow as the perfect holiday backdrop. For the second year in a row, Santa Ski New England 2012 featured the water skiers and jet skis as part of their festivities to help raise funds for three food banks: Footprints, Table of Plenty and Operation Blessing in addition to End 68 Hours of Hunger. The Bow Street restaurant decks provided a great vantage point for several Portsmouth area residents and visitors who braved the cold to catch a glimpse of Jolly Ole' St. Nick and other members of his crew from the North Pole.
