WSCA to Broadcast Friday Night Lights Football
Portsmouth Community Radio to do live broadcast of Clippers game versus Hollis-Brookline this Friday night.

After sailing past Goffstown High School last Saturday, the Portsmouth High School Clippers’ football team will face another one of last year’s playoff teams – Hollis-Brookline – this Friday night.
Tune in to Portsmouth Community Radio on WSCA 106.1 FM on Friday night at 6:45 p.m. for pre-game commentary and for the game at 7 p.m. There will be a brief half-time show and a quick post game wrap-up. The pre-game and half-time shows will include interviews with coaches, players and school officials. For alumni, relatives and fans who may be away from the Seacoast, listen online at portsmouthcommunityradio.org.
Portsmouth Community Radio will broadcast the remaining Portsmouth High School home football games - an Oct. 19 game against Pembroke Academy and the team's final regular season game against Alvirne on Nov. 2 - live on WSCA 106.1 FM.

Serving as the on-air talent for the games will be Andrew Van Ness with play-by-play and Rodney Colvert with color commentary. Portsmouth Community Radio Trustee Charlie Griffin is handling the remote duties back at the station and will host pre-game and half-time shows. Volunteer Michael Peters will serve as the on-site producer for the broadcasts.
