• Ridge Marketplace of Rochester sold to Torrington for $51 million (seacoastonline.com) — A major Rochester shopping hub just changed hands, with Torrington Properties buying The Ridge Marketplace on Farmington Road for $51.3 million while Waterstone pushes ahead with its massive Ridge 2 and future Ridge 3 plans. Residents can expect hundreds of new housing units, more shops, restaurants, entertainment options, and potentially a health campus and trail connections as the multi-phase project builds out.
