Auto Yard of Salem Taken to Court

Auto Yard of Salem is being sued in connection with its shipment of cars exported to Libya, the New Hampshire Union Leader reports.

Trips Logistics Corp. of Methuen, Mass., filed the lawsuit in Rockingham County Superior Court last month that cars being shipped overseas were not properly packaged, according to the newspaper. Auto Yard's co-owner denied the allegations.
