Candia Man Indicted On 23 Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup
Woman faces Derry knife threat charge; NY man indicted on ID fraud, forgery charges; Londonderry felon faces weapon, second DUI charge.

SALEM, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.
Domenic Francis Caruso, 20, of Brookview Drive in Derry, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon committed while on release charge. He was accused of doing donuts in his car in the middle of a group of bystanders on June 16, 2024, in Seabrook. At the time, according to the indictment, he was out on bail from Derry District Court.
Alexis Gabriella Hudzik Castellano, 26, of Andover Road in Billerica, Massachusetts, on two felony domestic violence-criminal threatening charges. She was accused of holding a knife, pointing it at two family or household members, and saying, “I’ll kill you all,” or words to that effect, on March 24 in Derry.

Colby Chabot, 32, of Danville Road in Fremont, on a felony burglary-accomplice charge. He drove Steven Burleigh to and from the Island Pond Convenience Store in Derry to burglarize it on Nov. 24, 2024, according to the indictment.
Ralph Joseph Cione, 63, of Seneca Avenue in the Bronx, New York, on forgery, identity fraud, attempted theft by deception and two attempted theft by unauthorized taking charges, all felonies. He was accused of cashing a check in another person’s name from Citizen Bank in Raymond on May 12. Cione also drew a check for $3,800 from TD Bank in Raymond made payable to another person on May 12, according to the indictment.

Alan Dale Curtis Credit: Londonderry Police Department
Alan Dale Curtis, 33, of Linlew Drive in Derry on felony felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-dagger and driving under the influence-second offense on Michels Way in Londonderry on April 25. Previously, according to the indictment, Curtis was convicted of DUI in Loudoun County Circuit Court in November 2016.

John P. Laflesh Jr., 36, of Main Street in Somersworth, on possession of buprenorphine and delivery of articles prohibited charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on Nov. 29, 2023.
Michael Steven Leblanc, 40, of Coburn Hill Road in Danville, on a felony reckless conduct with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of driving a plow truck at a high speed and hitting a vehicle that another person was inside on Feb. 9 in Plaistow.
Nicole L. Lundrigan, 34, of Buffumsville Road in Somersworth, on possession of fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on Aug. 1, 2024, in Danville.
Eric J. Malynn, 39, of Palmer Road in Candia, on 12 possession of child sexual abuse images and 11 distribution of child sexual abuse images charges, all felonies. He was accused of possessing and distributing mp4 files on June 27, Aug. 12, Oct. 16, Oct. 30, Nov. 3, Nov. 27, Dec. 17 and Dec. 22, 2024, in Candia.
Danny Maria, 28, of Alley Street in Lynn, MA, on a felony assaults by prisoners charge. He was accused of striking a corrections officer with an open hand at the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood on April 18.
Maury L. Martin, 52, of Lovell Street in Laconia, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing a dog from a trailer in Portsmouth on Oct. 24, 2021.
