Canobie Lake Park, Daisy Cleaners Among Award Winners

A local food pantry also took home an award from the Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce.

Representatives from Canobie Lake Park, Daisy Cleaners and the Food for the Hungry food pantry each accepted a Greater Salem Chamber of Commerce business pillar award Thursday at a ceremony in Windham.

Canobie Lake Park President Carl Berni accepted the large business pillar award alongside several representatives from the park.

Jim Desjardins, owner of Daisy Cleaners, accepted the small business pillar award.

Food for the Hungry was this year's winner of the non-profit pillar award.

The Salem Chamber also awarded best new business to ConvenientMD, which serves the town of Salem but is located in Windham.
