Car Driven Through Fence, Three Teens Arrested

MARCH 9, 2013

3:26 p.m. Jessica Santana, 18, of 38 Hancock St. in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Kohl's on 92 Cluff Crossing Road andcharged with willful concealment. Santana is bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.

5:42 p.m. Adam A. Hall, 19, of 15 North Ave. in Haverhill, Mass. is arrested at Home Depot on 289 S. Broadway St. and charged with willful concealment – theft. Hall released on a summons.

6:19 p.m. John Mantilla, 29, of 10 Washington St. Apt. 3 in Methuen, Mass. is arrested at Sears on 99 Rockingham Park Boulevard and charged with willful concealment – theft. Mantilla bailed at $1,000 personal recognizance.

MARCH 10, 2013

7:23 a.m. A 15-year-old juvenile is arrested on 72 Town Farm Road and charged with alcoholism – protective custody. 

Jake Allin WIlliams, 18, of 30 Coburn St. in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 72 Town Farm Road and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Kyle Speight, 17, of 4 Washington St. Apt. 26 in Methuen, Mass. is arrested on 72 Town Farm Road and charged with unlawful possession of alcohol.

A single car is reported through a fence on the front lawn. Ambulance requested to the booking area for a male subject that has a headache and hands are numb. Fire responding. 

Speight is released to parents.

4:50 p.m. Five juveniles ages 13, 15, 15, 15 and 16 are arrested at Camp Y-Wood on 59 Liberty St. and each charged with criminal trespass and selling air rifles to young persons. A sixth juvenile, age 17, is arrested and charged with possession of airsoft gun by minor, criminal trespass and hindering apprehension or suspension.

9:15 p.m. Michael J. Powers, 28, of 70 Everett St. Apt. 2 in Abington, Mass. is arrested at the Park View Inn on 109 S. Broadway St. Apt. 4 and charged with two counts possession of controlled/narcotic drugs.

MARCH 11, 2013

12:05 p.m. William Edwin James, 29, of 11 Railroad Ave. Apt. 26 in Derry, N.H. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with false report to law enforcement.

3:06 p.m. Michael J. Larocque, 41, of 14 Young Farm Road in Methuen, Mass. is arrested on a warrant at the Salem Police Department and charged with sale of controlled/narcotic drugs. Larocque bailed at $1,000 cash.

4:20 p.m. Suzanne McEvoy, 51, of 31 Main St. Apt. B in Salem, N.H. is arrested on 31 Main St. and charged with simple assault (domestic violence).
