Casino Debate Today in House
Gambling supporters hope to revive a bill for two casinos in New Hampshire.
The New Hampshire House of Representatives will again debate casino gambling, a week after a 173-172 vote to reject such legislation last week.
The House convenes at 10 a.m. on May 7, and Rep. Mario Ratzki, D-East Andover, has filed a notice of reconsideration on the motion to kill the bill.
The casino bill proposes two casino locations for a total 5,000 slot machines and up to 240 table games.
