Could Entertainment Venue Amendment Be Coming to Casino Bill?
The Union Leader reported the news on Sunday.

According to a report this weekend from the Union Leader, Manchester legislators are working to limit the size of non-gambling venues on gambling sites to a maximum of 1,500 seats.
The report notes that the goal is to protect venues such as the Verizon Wireless Arena in Manchester. Other New Hampshire entertainment venues cited are Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom, Meadowbrook and the Palace Theatre.
Quoted in the story is state Sen. Lou D'Allesandro (D-Manchester), primary sponsor of Senate Bill 152, who says he would be open to listening to ideas about amending the bill.
