Crabmeat Bandit Busted at Shaw's
Police: Woman stole 21 cans of crabmeat valued at $470. Is she also receiving Mass. benefits under fake Dominican Republic ID?

Salem police officers arrested a Massachusetts woman Aug. 2 for allegedly trying to steal 21 cans of crabmeat valued at $470. Police said the woman, identified as Marissa Rodriguez, 39, of Lawrence, Mass., was also involved in prior thefts of crabmeat in the same store.
The investigation led officers to her vehicle and to clothes and steaks valued at $198, which they said were stolen from Walmart.
They also discovered a Massachusetts EBT card, health Card, two bank cards and a fake Dominican Republic picture ID, all with the name, "Rosanna Guerrero."
Police believe it's an alias for Rodriguez, but they said it is unknown at this time whether she was receiving benefits in Massachusetts under a fake name.
