The town of Salem has officially conserved a 7-acre area at the corner of Bluff Street and Millville Road, protecting what could be an attractive swatch of land from future development, according to the UnionLeader.com.
The home on the property, located at 115 Bluff St. and owned by Robert Banks, won't be affected by the recently-approved conservation easement, which Salem Planning Director Ross Moldoff said was sought by Banks because Banks is "very interested in preserving the land in perpetuity," according to the UnionLeader.com.
