Dunkin' Donuts Iced Coffee Day Benefits CHaD
$1 from every cup of iced coffee sold at participating Dunkin' Donuts will be donated to Children's Hospital at Dartmouth.
Dunkin' Donuts has declared May 21 "Iced Coffee Day" in New Hampshire, and $1 from every cup of iced coffee sold at participating shops in New Hampshire will be donated to Children's Hospital at Dartmouth.
The benefit, given all the Dunkin' Donuts franchises across the state, has the potential to raise thousands of dollars to help children and families in need.
"At Dunkin’ Donuts, we’re dedicated to supporting children’s health in our communities and we are excited to raise money to benefit some of the most prestigious children’s hospitals in the area with our Iced Coffee Day," said Patty Healy, New England field marketing director at Dunkin’ Brands, says in a press release. "With the help of our loyal and generous guests, our goal is to potentially raise hundreds of thousands of dollars, which will benefit both Boston Children’s Hospital and Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) and support the health and well-being of the children and families in the area."
Sharon Brown, director of Community Relations at CHaD, said, "We have worked with Dunkin’ Donuts for several years now and whether it is books, toys or an upbeat and fun atmosphere they bring children at the hospital, we are always very appreciative of the donations."
