SALEM, NH — An elderly Salem woman found dead in her home earlier this month died of a medical issue among hoarding conditions, according to officials. The woman was identified Tuesday as Florence Cotter, 87, according to New Hampshire Attorney General Gordon MacDonald. Any possible criminal activity was ruled out, MacDonald added.
