Fremont Man Indicted On Exeter Rape Charges: Rockingham County Superior Court Roundup

Exeter man faces 10 counts of child sexual abuse images; Concord man indicted on drug intent sale charges; woman faces ID fraud charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — A grand jury in Rockingham County recently indicted the people listed below.

Henrik Barbin, 27, of Alewife Court in Exeter, on 10 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing videos and pictures on Nov. 26, 2024, in Exeter.

Daniel Joseph Beauregard, 43, of Pecan Street in Exeter, on a possession of crack cocaine charge on April 1 in Exeter.

Anfernee Duarte Beltran, 22, of Harriman Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on possession of cocaine, possession of fentanyl, and possession of crack cocaine charges, all felonies. He acted in concert with and-or aided by Frandeiri Antonio Sanchez in possessing the drugs in Seabrook on Nov. 1, 2024, according to the indictments.

Nathaniel Bergeron, 29, of Elm Street in Pittsfield, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was acting in concert with or aided by Jonathan Scribner and-or Stephanie Lane to steal merchandise from Ben Franklin Ace in Raymond on March 29, according to the indictment. Twice before, according to the indictment, Bergeron was convicted twice on theft charges.

Todd Bernatchez, 30, of Overlook Avenue in Manchester, on a felony possession of cocaine charge on April 21 in Londonderry.

Austin James Bijeol, 26, of Frost Lane in Fremont, on attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of fondling and raping a woman on July 13, 2024, in Exeter.

Derek John Blanchette, 40, of Westville Road in Plaistow, on a felony reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge. He was accused of placing at least two, if not more, residents of a Westville Road in danger, by releasing flammable gas resulting in an explosion in Plaistow on Nov. 10, 2024.

Michelle Joanne Bradley, 39, of Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester, MA, on possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent, possession of fentanyl, delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl, identity fraud, possession of crack cocaine, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies, as well as unsworn falsification and two false report to law enforcement charges. She was accused of hiding drugs in her vagina, giving another person’s name and date of birth to Salem police, and giving a false name and statement to Salem police on April 11. Bradley was also accused of possessing fentanyl in the Rockingham County Jail in Brentwood between April 11 and April 12.

Joshua P. Brasier, 43, of Clinton Street in Concord, on possession of meth, possession of cocaine, possession of crack cocaine, possession of fentanyl charges, and four possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell, cocaine, crack cocaine, fentanyl, and meth, all felonies. He acted in concert with or aided by Marie Holbrook and possessed and intended to sell the drugs on Dec. 22, 2024, in Windham, according to the indictments. Brasier was previously convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court in December 2018.

Ronald Eugene Brillon Jr., 29, of Tenth Avenue in Haverhill, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Walmart in Salem on Nov. 22, 2024. Twice before, according to the indictment, Brillon was convicted of theft.

Elvis Jaret Burke, 31, of Londonderry or Maple Street in Derry, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent charges, fentanyl and methamphetamine, simple assault-extended term of imprisonment, and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges. He was accused of possessing the drugs and stealing merchandise from Walmart in Derry on July 29, 2023.
