The New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force is seeking tips to locate fugitive Michael Mooney, who is sought by the Manchester Police Department on a warrant for first-degree assault with a knife Mooney was charged with stabbing a person May 8, according to U.S. Marshals. He was last known to live with his family in Weare. Police said Mooney is possibly armed with a knife and a handgun.
