- Mia M. Plant, 41, of 51 Upland Road, Burlington, Mass., charged with shoplifting theft and possession of prescription and controlled drugs July 19.
- Derek J. Littlefield, 40, of 236 Euclid Ave., Apt. 1, Lynn, Mass., charged with criminal mischief July 19.
- Thomas Arthur Hamilton, 21, of 26 Scott Lane, Sandown, charged with reckless operation and aggravated driving while intoxicated July 19.
- Linda Rita Fagerstrom, 64, of 38 Sherwood Circle, Salem, charged with DUI - impairment July 20.
- Umaru Kabba, 33, of 50 Cleveland St., Apt. 3rd, Manchester, charged with sale of a controlled drug July 18; picked up on warrant for Manchester police.
- Jamaul L. Nichols, 36, of 375 Main St., Apt. 14, Woburn, Mass., charged with theft for allegedly shoplifting vitamins and diet pills from KMart July 18.
- David Paul Gioiosa, 28, of 200 Main St., Apt. 3B, Salem, charged with driving while intoxicated and conduct after an accident July 18.
- Gardner Avenue resident reports they were a victim of Internet fraud July 17.
- Resident on Lansing Drive reports of a suspicious man behind his house and when approached, the man said he was tripping on mushrooms and fled.
- William P. Moschetto, 50, of 7 Summer St., Apt. 10, Salem, charged with simple assault July 17.
- Four girls reported playing chicken with cars on Hampstead Road on July 17. Officer reports they were walking to Dunkin' Donuts.
- Julio Encarnacion, 36, of 35 Rhine St., Lawrence, Mass., charged July 16 with conspiracy and possession with intent to sell a controlled drug.
- Resident from Cassidy Avenue calls police to inform a safe was taken from home July 16.
- Complaint from Camp Hadar, 64 Hooker Farm Road, that two juveniles trespassed onto camp property July 16 and were in a boat.
- Meaghan Donovan, 27, of 2 Emileo Lane, Salem, charged with simple assault for July 16.
- Suspicious vehicle complaint in the parking lot of Planet Fitness, 288 North Broadway; caller tells dispatch he believes the car may be there for a drug deal July 16.
- Officers shortly after midnight on July 17 patrol check Camp Hadar, Camp Otter, Camp Y-Wood, and Wheeler Dam.
- Officers investigate noise complaint at La Quinta, 6 Keewaydin Drive July 17. Employee said two women were making a lot of noise in a room and were asked to quiet down a number of times.
