Guilty Plea Coming for Concord Lawyer on Salem Prostitution Charge

The Union Leader reported the news Sunday.

A Concord lawyer will plead guilty to a prostitution charge in Salem, according to a report from the Union Leader.

Richard Mooney, 53, of Bow, will pay a $1,000 fine for a Class B misdemeanor charge of prostitution, according to the report. As part of a plea deal, prosecutors have agreed to drop a misdemeanor hindering apprehension charge.

Mooney's arrest was the result of  the ongoing investigation and surveillance of the Red Roof Inn and La Quinta Inn for suspected prostitution and other crimes.
