A Concord lawyer will plead guilty to a prostitution charge in Salem, according to a <a href="http://www.unionleader.com/article/20130325/NEWS03/130329491/0/SEARCH" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">report from the Union Leader.</a> Richard Mooney, 53, of Bow, will pay a $1,000 fine for a Class B misdemeanor charge of prostitution, according to the report. As part of a plea deal, prosecutors have agreed to drop a misdemeanor hindering apprehension charge. Mooney's arrest was the result of  the ongoing investigation and surveillance of the Red Roof Inn and La Quinta Inn for suspected prostitution and other crimes.
