A school nurse at Walter F Haigh School saved a janitor's life yesterday, according to a report from the Eagle Tribune.
According to the report, the man, who was not identified by school officials, collapsed in the school hallway in very close proximity to the nurse's office.
After yelling to a secretary to call 911, the nurse, Tara Hayes, retrieved the defibrilator and used it twice, also performing CPR before the man regained consciousness.
